SIP trunks for existing PBX systems
You have a PBX that still works fine, but the provider contract is up for renewal? Then we deliver a pure SIP trunk connection from our network, with as many voice channels as you need, cleanly scalable. The PBX stays, the connection becomes modern.
Porting of any Swiss number
We port any Swiss phone number to us, regardless of the current provider. We coordinate the process, the new system runs in parallel, and the switch happens at an agreed time, usually without a noticeable interruption.
Flat rate or per minute, both possible
Because we are the provider ourselves, we can offer you the tariff models that fit your calling behaviour. Anyone who calls a lot regularly is cheaper with a landline flat rate or a landline + mobile Switzerland flat rate. Anyone who calls less or in fluctuating volumes is better off with a per-minute tariff, transparently billed, without a minimum spend. You can switch the model with us at any time.
Call with the device that suits you
Whether classic desk phone (Yealink, Snom, Cisco or Poly, newly procured or existing), smartphone app for iOS and Android (with the business number, without exposing your private number) or softphone for PC and Mac (Teams client, 3CX desktop or browser softphone): you decide what your staff work with. Often it is a mix of all three channels, depending on the role. Calls follow the person, not the device.
Multi-site and home office included
One phone system, multiple sites plus home office. Internal extension calls between offices and between home-office staff stay internal and cost nothing. Calls can be redirected freely, voicemails arrive as e-mail, statistics are available per site, per team or per person.
One provider for the whole IT
Telephony does not end at the SIP trunk. It hangs on business internet, is coupled to network and WiFi (PoE for the desk phones, QoS for the voice packets) and uses the same firewall and VPN paths as the rest of your infrastructure. With us all of that comes from one hand, looked after by the same team in Zurich. Single point of contact, not as a slogan, but as everyday practice.
