The internet itself, the routing across our own network AS49489 and the SLA come from us. Only the physical fibre from your premises to the nearest handover point, the last mile, is leased from one of these four partners, depending on your address.

Guarantee. We deliver committed (CIR) bandwidth, symmetric in both directions, a static IP and an SLA, instead of an "up to" number that collapses at peak load. Plus: a Swiss engineer on the phone when something is off.
We check this specifically for your address, often within a day. Where no fibre is available, we assess build-out options or alternatives (5G) honestly, including timeline and cost.
Provider-independent IP blocks (PI space) can be announced through AS49489 — this matters to many existing customers. Provider-bound addresses get replaced by static addresses from our network, cleanly documented, with a planned migration window.
A second uplink runs over a physically separate path, or as 5G backup for sites where only one fibre path is feasible. If the primary path fails, routing switches over automatically, sessions are preserved thanks to BGP.
FTTH connections start from CHF 25 per month, including a static IP address. Higher bandwidths and Dark Fibre links are quoted individually based on site and requirements.
